My sister and I enjoyed ourselves while eating here. All the staff members were friendly and informative. Every question we had about menu items, they answered them. The price was about average considering the amount of food we were given! Definitely will be back here!

Load It is a fry-lover's paradise! Crispy fries loaded with creative toppings make for a delicious and fun experience. Fresh ingredients and a great atmosphere make it a must-try. The staff/customer service was remarkable!

We had a large party here for lunch on a Saturday. Everyone enjoyed their food - everyone. We had loaded potatoes, fries, salads… and one big sample and a side of queso and chips. All the proteins were well seasoned and the toppings generally good. The service was wonderful. The workers were so patient, skilled, and kind. The bathrooms were clean. There was lots of space to push tables together. I was really surprised it wasn’t more busy on a Saturday. About 4 PM other tables came and went while our large groups ate. Things were prepared fresh. The fries dropped on the fryer when we ordered them. Cons - because of the freshness factor, there was more wait than you might expect when you’re ordering at the counter. Everyone who had sautéed onions and peppers, it was pepper heavy and they were scant with these. That’s literally it. Everything else was great. You should go. :)

Absolutely loved our first visit to Load-It! You can tell it’s a locally owned and operated spot with heart — the food is loaded (literally) and packed with flavor. We tried the southwest chicken over chips and the honey garlic chicken with mac & cheese and fries… both were amazing! Everything was super fresh, generously portioned, and full of bold toppings. Definitely a go-to comfort food place — we’ll be back soon!

Great experience at this new restaurant! The employees were super helpful and very kind. The food options are unlimited: spud, fries, nachos, salads, flatbreads. They even have a sampler box. Everything is fully customizable. My husband got the Italian Job loaded fries and I got the honey garlic chicken spud. Both were really tasty and more than filling. Highly recommend and we will be back!

Very cool concept, but all of our food seemed mediocre at best. We did have fantastic service and the staff was courteous and helpful. My family all felt like the meats should have been a little more flavorful. For reference we ordered a build your own spud with beef and cheese, a kids chicken bites and fries, a crunchy Caesar salad with grilled chicken, and the Philly Cheesesteak spud.

As soon as I looked at the menu I knew I had to get the sampler. So many delicious looking options. The crew of Jazz, Key, Alivia, and Chef Greg were so friendly and kept all the ingredients stocked up and ready! We will have to come back and try everything eventually!!!!

OK I’m not the first but I thought I’d give my review! The concept is neat and BELIEVE ME there are choices and options! If it’s difficult for you to make decisions… look at the menu before you go - WHEW! Basically, you can get a signature potato ( which are what they have designed) or you can choose your items to go over chips, fry’s or Doritos (on the weekend)! They have steak, chicken, shrimp, black beans and all the veggies and usual sauces. The potatoes are large and filling! The Staff was friendly, knowledgeable about the menu and made great suggestions! Definitely try it out!
